Returns and refunds

Our goal is your satisfaction.

Our standard return policy is 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are generally unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. There must be a noticeable defect (not a problem with your smartphone, for example)

Perishable products such as gift cards cannot be returned.
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are some situations where only partial refunds are given: (if applicable)

- Any item that is not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons that are not due to our error.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method.

When requesting a refund, the buyer will be refunded a voucher for the value of the order. They will not be able to request a refund in the form of a bank transfer, cheque or cash.
