Info Covid-19 : Our logistic centre ensures the shipments. Hygiene measures have been taken for several weeks in order to guarantee the protection of your health, in accordance with the recommendations of the WHO and the government.
Delivery times have been extended to 35 working days in order to comply with the hygiene measures imposed by the government in our logistics centre. These delays are also linked to the reduction in the number of La Poste staff in offices or in the field. We apologise for this inconvenience.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery costs vary from country to country and according to the type of delivery selected. For example, delivery is free in France.

Customs fees

Depending on your place of residence, and more specifically in the DOM TOM, Andorra and Monaco, customs fees may be requested by your delivery agent and are in no way dependent on our will.
Some banks charge additional fees for your online purchases. These fees vary from a few cents to 5€ and are proportional to the amount of your order and are beyond our control. When you place an order on our website, we only receive the amount indicated at the time of payment.

If you notice an additional charge for your purchase on our site, please contact your bank. In some cases, it is possible to get a refund.

This is rare and happens on about 1% of orders.

On the other hand, if your Kooki™ brush has a manufacturing defect or an anomaly not related to misuse, we will exchange it. You have 30 days after receiving your connected scale to contact us.
